   - **Worn Items**: Premier Lifestyle will not accept returns for items that have been worn or used unless they are defective or not as described.
   - **Damaged Products**: If you receive a damaged product, you should generally be able to return it for a refund or exchange, regardless of whether it has been used.

Initiating a Return via Email

If you would like to initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. **Subject Line**: Include a clear subject line, e.g., “Return Request for Order #123456”.

2. **Provide Relevant Details**: In the body of the email, include the following:

   - Description of the item you wish to return
   - Reason for the return (e.g., item damaged, incorrect item received, etc.)
